Based on Article 60, para. 3, point 1 of the Act of 14 December 2016 - The School Education Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 910), the Minister of National Education determined the directions for the state's educational policy in the 2020/2021 school year.

  1. Implementation of the new core curriculum in secondary schools, with particular emphasis on natural science and mathematics education. Development of the independence, innovation and creativity of learners.
  2. Implementation of changes in vocational education, with particular emphasis on adult education.
  3. Provision of high-quality education and psychological and pedagogical support to all learners, taking into account the diversity of their developmental and educational needs.
  4. The use of digital tools and resources as well as distance learning methods in educational processes. The safe and effective use of digital technologies.
  5. Educational activities of the school. Education to form values, shape attitudes and respect social norms.
